Bookings made by users through our website (“Website”) are governed by the terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out below. Booking services (“Service”) through www.chargrilltenerife.com implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of these Terms. These Terms do not apply to bookings made through third parties outside the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking on our Website. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to make a booking.

1. Amendments to these terms and to the commercial offer

CHAR GRILL 88, S.L. reserves the right to amend at any time the terms or offers published on its Website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial or service conditions). Such amendments shall not, under any circumstances, affect bookings already made by users prior to the modification.

3. How do I make a booking on the Website?

The booking of our services is completed by following the booking procedure described in this section. By making a booking on our Website, you agree that communications with CHAR GRILL 88, S.L. will be conducted primarily by electronic means.

To make a booking, please follow these steps:

1. Select the service and enter any discount voucher code, if applicable.
2. Complete the booking form with the required personal details, including credit card details.
3. To finalise the booking with CHAR GRILL 88, S.L., you must accept the booking conditions, legal notice, privacy policy and cookie policy.
4. The booking shall be deemed completed once the user receives confirmation detailing the booking conditions. This confirmation must be presented at the establishment.

4. Price of services

The price displayed next to each service includes applicable taxes. In the event of a typographical error in any displayed price, and if a user has made a booking decision based on such an error, we will inform the user immediately and the user will be entitled to cancel the booking at no cost.

5. Payment and accepted payment methods

At the time of booking, the user must provide their credit card details (VISA or MasterCard), which will be used for payment. The booking will be fully formalised upon receipt of the confirmation.

6. Technical means to correct errors

This Website displays confirmation screens at various stages of the booking process, which prevent progression if the required data has not been entered or validated correctly. We cannot guarantee a booking where all required data has not been provided. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

If you detect an error in your booking after completing the process, you must contact our customer service team immediately by telephone or email so that we may attempt to rectify the error where possible.

7. Changes and cancellations

Any request to amend or cancel a booking made through our Website shall be subject to the specific conditions stated in the booking.

By making a booking, you accept the applicable cancellation policy and the “no-show” penalty.

Bookings requiring a deposit may be cancelled if outstanding amounts are not paid, and the specific booking conditions shall apply.

If the requested service is ultimately not included, this shall not result in cancellation of the booking, and the original cancellation policy shall remain applicable.

If you require an additional service (e.g. extra bed, cot, adapted bathroom), we recommend checking availability before making a non-cancellable booking. If the service is not displayed on the Website, please contact us directly.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of services through our Website, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by Spanish law.

Users expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, except where the user is a consumer, in which case this clause shall not apply.
